昨天去了 关丹海边一趟
涂了防晒油就跳进海里
玩得很爽！！

回到KL时，就开始背后痛
然后是脸痛

妈妈的！就玩那一下子也会被晒伤！现在晚上睡觉都不能躺着
改成趴着！ 


很痛啊！！！！
